[Update] Added "Power Off" info to Cloning Linodes

Updated text and one image in "Cloning a Compute Instance" to reflect the following changes on the Clone Linode tab:

• New search filter to select the existing Linode
• Presentation of Linodes as list rather than cards
• New Power Off option on same line as selected Linode (if running)
