Submitting the guide on Lua scripting for Redis.

Note that a link is provided in the "Before You Begin" section to one of our guides on installing Redis. However, the Debian/Ubuntu version of that guide uses the Dotdeb repository, which is no longer operating. It seems like that guide should, thus, be revised to remove — and possibly replace — the Dotdeb portion of the instructions.
