Content Licensing Mismatch between README.md and Guides: CC-BY with or without ND?

In README.md, all guides and tutorials are licensed under CC-BY 4.0. However, on most guides, the license used is the ND variant.

Suggested Fix

To resolve this license ambiguity, we have two choices:

1. Edit license badge on README.md to CC-BY-ND, or
2. Relicense guides under CC-BY.

Additionally, would you please tell me what the license for the vale ignore text is? It's quite extensive, and I wanted to test it out.
