Add guides on deploying to other places

We can use GitHub actions (if necessary) for all of the examples but essentially showing how to publish to:

• Github Pages
• Netlify
• Vercel

Would be nice. Given that it's a static site, I'm sure we could even show deployment from S3 and such but we don't have to go there quite yet.
