Cannot installl mean packages behind proxy server

when installing mean packages using command mean install mean-admin returns Package not found

it is working with normal connections

i think while cloning the package it clones from git clone git://linnovate/mean-admin something like this

changing it to git clone https://github.com/linnvate/mean will solve the problem

please help

@liorkesos. I managed to replicate this issue with rimon.... Do you maybe think we should ask @shai-weinstein to have a look and move this to him as it seems like a general network error?
