New output how to interprate multiple ECs

Hi there,

Just got around to running v3 and it is very nice! in the overview.txt the EC column has multiple EC numbers. Am I to assume that the left most one is the one which had the highest number of conserved peptides in each characterized protein or something to that effect?

The left most EC has the most abundant proteins in the training data (i.e., CAZy proteins). For example, protein a is assigned to GH5-e1, which consists of 10 EC-x proteins, 8 EC-y proteins, and 2 EC-z proteins in the CAZy database. The EC order will be EC-x|EC-y|EC-z.
