Quick actions when hovering over an element

When hovering over an element, quick actions such as Pin to Dashboard, Edit Link, Preserve Format, and Delete appear in a fixed location, such as the top right corner. This is done by raindrop and makes simple actions much faster:
In contrast to Linkwarden, where two clicks are required:
This could also be used later for the multiple selection feature, to display a checkbox in the top left corner, like in raindrop.
And in List view, if you have enough horizontal screen space, expand the Edit menu to icons like so:
Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative would be to combine it with the drag and drop feature request and add a trash can icon on the side to quickly delete items.
I second the need for this, or a at least a permeant hover-less option, so that "Edit" as well as the other options mentioned here are only one click actions. While only a single extra click, it also requires additional mouse movement, and is astonishingly cumbersome and fatiguing experience when manicuring links.
