using a subset of classes in gen-doc

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In our model we import biolink:biolink-model, see here, since we want to use some of the classes from the biolink model. However we only use a few classes and it would be nice if you don't have to generate 1K files each time we re-generate documentation files for our model.

Describe the solution you'd like I'm thinking that perhaps having an option to specify classess in gen-doc might be relatively easy to do (I believe I saw a similar for diagram generation).

The other option would be to modify the way imports works to allow importing only specific classes from other models, but I'm not sure how hard and realistic this would be.
