Split Pages tool only hides the cropped parts

Describe the bug ---------------- After having used the Split Pages… tool, the resulting PDF contains the original merged pages duplicated and cropped, which looks correct when displayed (e.g. in Evince)...

The instruction `0x410a` is unimplemented, according to r2 it is `lsrs r1, r0, 9`. 

This version is the latest available, whereas version 8 was unmaintained for two years already. Fixes #12.

Vulkan: Use the DynamicLoader from the right namespace

As of vulkan-headers 1.4.303, this class is defined in the `vk::detail` namespace, not in `vk` any more.

My distribution only ships the .pc file for xxHash, not the cmake file, so try to find it that way if `find_package()` failed.
