Refresh MCUExpresso project metadata?

I've followed the steps in the README.md and I'm faced with the following issue:

Just a doc issue so you get a heads up, I guess I'll eventually figure it out eventually, @ericevenchick... but do let me know if you faced that issue and how you solved it?
