[bug] Generator page gets stuck at step 2

The dropdown for what MC version to use for the generator doesn't show any versions. This makes the user unable to progress further in the template creation process.

I know that this part of the website is probably not fully implemented yet but it has been unchanged for a couple of months now.

Since I have mostly abandoned web development by now (in favour of Flutter) I don't really have the skills required to open up a PR with a quick fix.

Please make this template generator a better alternative to the Fabric website's mod template generator!
