License SNAFU with jersey code

The original code is licensable under GPL or CDDL, not Apache 2.0.

Are you suggesting that we remove the Apache license? I believe we kept the Apache license as the license for our framework as a whole, yet we left the original GPL/CDDL license from the source code.

IANAL but I don't believe it's allowed to re-license the code from CDDL to Apache 2.0, even if it's "just" dual-licensing it. The CDDL seems to explicitly allow mixing of source files, but re-licensing of source files seems equally explicitly disallowed.
