Integrate Iris & Oncall into a single UI

Technically, Iris and Oncall perform their duties quite well. We have found however that our (company) user base is always baffled by the fact that they have to log in to two different websites at times, just to get things done.

It would be immensely beneficial to the user experience, if both products were brought under a single UI.

make greater sense to put oncall & iris even bundled together, i think.

we currently set up two oncall & two iris, coordinating iris with zookeeper; while put nginx in front of oncall & iris (and between them); when trying oncall notifications we are totally lost that some emails of "create" etc events are received, while some other events are not. no clue why.

I would chime in. While we do not use oncall, I think it would make sense to run them together, as this simplifies deployment massively.

Also right now some scripts, like iris-sync-targets, really do not work without oncall available.
