Add a summary table for dry run in Administration view

Administration view only display a not really human readable JSON in dry run

For day to day use of the UI is not really convenient as we need to search in the JSON the useful data and potentially convert it to good unit (MB / GB / TB)

It might be useful to reuse the table from proposal view to have a better and consistent UX
