Error : Testing on GCP VM results " no such device exists

Testing Query Analyzer over a Google Cloud compute instance , Debian Buster and mySQL 8 Running the tool always results in : ERROR: Failed to open device: : No such device exists (SIOCGIFHWADDR: No such device)

I think the interface that is specified in conf file does not exist can you check ifconfig and ListenInterface value in the conf file?
