Facing error while installing burrow module hashicorp/hcl/hcl/printer not found

Error while installing

package github.com/hashicorp/hcl/hcl/printer: cannot find package "github.com/hashicorp/hcl/hcl/printer" in any of: /usr/lib/golang/src/github.com/hashicorp/hcl/hcl/printer (from $GOROOT) /home/ec2-user/go/src/github.com/hashicorp/hcl/hcl/printer (from $GOPATH)

Confirmed from https://github.com/hashicorp/hcl There is no module hcl/printer there

I am running into the same issue trying to build v1.3.6. Doubt it matters but using go 1.15.8.

it worked for me by setting export GO111MODULE=on
