Email notifier error

Hi,

I try to setup email notifier but I couldn't achieve it so far. I'm getting this error constantly;

I tried to use default email template, then change it to really simple text only; something like;

Subject: [Burrow] Kafka Consumer Lag Alert

The Kafka consumer groups you are monitoring are currently showing problems. The following groups are in a problem state (groups not listed are OK):

but still getting same error.
