Web socket live updates seem to be broken

For example chat https://timbl.inrupt.net/public/Test%20Long%20Chat/index.ttl#this if you open the same chat in two windows they don't keep in sync.

This has been the case for a while. Debugging the client, it seems to open the web socket.
