Handle table flow with many columns

When there are too many table columns, it doesn't fit into the page layout's column i.e., overflows out of the grid. There should be a way to handle this "quietly" without the author involved so that the table is displayed nicely. Perhaps taking up both page columns.

Hello from 2024. This may have been related to the ACM layout where it uses two columns. It could be still valid when dokieli is used with a stylesheet that uses multiple columns, but this is out of core, so marking as extensions since it should be handled in that particular stylesheet.
