Base of selector IRI depending on URI-R and URI-M

If a user tries to create a selector IRI while annotating URI-R, and if the URI-R links to URI-M/latest-version, should the generated IRI be based on URI-R or URI-M? At the moment, dokieli uses URI-R. If performed on URI-M, URI-M will be the base. That is, the current document's URL is used as base for this feature.

If you want to "talk about" more than one URL, just include multiple targets. Otherwise, picking the "right" one would be up to either dokieli or left as an exercise for the reader. 😄
