Add to npm and include in existing applications

It would be cool to add dokieli to npm and add some instructions on how to include it in existing webpack applications. However I could install it with

npm install --save git+https://github.com/linkeddata/dokieli.git

but now I'm stuck as I don't know which components to include, and how.
