Create URIs for inbox and annotationService

On 'Save As' dokieli takes the user input for inbox and annotationService to update the derived document before saving. It is possible that the user specifies URIs for inbox/annotationService that doesn't exist yet. dokieli can try to create them.

Alternatively, have a '+ Create container' feature added to the resource browser so that the user can create, and then select the URI, then finish with the save.
