Embedding articles in website templates

To use dokieli to power something that contains multiple articles, rather than one-off stand-alone ones - eg. a blog, documentation, .., it would be helpful to embed article content in templates. So templates contain things like menu links, author/blog title info, possibly ads, general website chrome stuff; and needing to change this shouldn't require updating every single article individually.

There is some overlap with https://github.com/linkeddata/dokieli/issues/110 or at least see if they can be built from the same code base. Issue 110 is about inserting individual blocks into a document, so in a way, this issue 128 is the broader undertaking.
