Your comments helped me a lot. Thank you! What I've additionally done is to use the https://google-webfonts-helper.herokuapp.com/fonts to host all the fonts as artifact in the "/userContent/layout" folder in Jenkins...

We are hitting the exact same problem, also AWX 9.1.1. I somehow have the feeling that it is related to the fact that there is a "prompt on launch" checkbox...
