Feat: PWA - Share to Linka and add link.

I think it would be great to be able to share a Link to Linka and have it auto-add it or bring up the add link screen. It's outlined here: https://github.com/vite-pwa/vite-plugin-pwa/issues/133 https://developer.chrome.com/articles/web-share-target/

So I know it's possible just need to read thru the docs.
