support for RTL farsi language

Hi I want to use your useful gem for my website which is a persian(farsi) RTL language website. I have a Plant model I want to paginate by its column :name which is filled with farsi words. Farsi 32 Letters are: "الف ب پ ت ث ج چ ح خ د ذ ر ز ژ

س ش ص ض ط ظ ع غ ف ق ک

گ ل م ن و ه ی"

I no longer actively develop in Ruby for the past few years but feel free to fork this and submit a pull request for RTL languages!
