Not compatible with Rspack 1.6 (swc_core 46)

Rspack just announced version 1.6 which is built with swc_core v46. Usage with lingui swc-plugin v5.6.1 leads to a build time error of incompatible swc_core versions.

Last version of Rspack that should be compatible accroding to https://plugins.swc.rs/ is 1.4.8, it however works with up to 1.5.17. Not with 1.6 though.
