Inside `Start`, we already set `IPAddress` https://github.com/machine-drivers/machine/blob/4f91040061541cf5c23489009e1c6d946cc21d42/drivers/hyperv/hyperv.go#L362-L372 But inside `GetIP`, we retrieve IP instead of use cached value. https://github.com/machine-drivers/machine/blob/4f91040061541cf5c23489009e1c6d946cc21d42/drivers/hyperv/hyperv.go#L433-L453
