Added Nepali language codes to i18n.json:

  • ne (generic Nepali)
  • ne-NP (Nepali – Nepal)

Hi @maintainers 👋, I’ve added Nepali (ne, ne-NP) language codes to the i18n.json file for localization support. The workflows are awaiting approval and merging is currently blocked. Could someone please review and approve this PR when convenient? Thank you!
