[FEATURE REQUEST]: Add README translation for Tamil

Hi 👋

I noticed that Lingo.dev includes README translations for several languages, but Tamil isn’t available yet. I’d like to contribute by adding a Tamil version of the README, following the same structure and formatting as the main README.md. I’ll also update the i18n.json file to include "ta": "தமிழ்".

If this aligns with the project’s goals, please assign this issue to me.
