[BUG]: White and Dark Theme is not present in Tablet and Mobile Screen

In Main website https://lingo.dev/en , There is not showing Theme change button in responsive screen in Mobile and Tablet view. I don't know weather it is predecided not to show this button or not but I am frontend developer so I just noticed this. If this is already decided then I tell me i will remove my issue or I work on this. Demonstration video is below:

Hey everyone! 👋 I went through this issue and noticed that the theme toggle button isn’t visible on mobile and tablet screens. I’m a React frontend developer, and I’d love to work on fixing this by making the toggle fully responsive across all screen sizes. Could you please assign this issue to me?
