[FEATURE REQUEST] Add README translation for Nepali

Hi 👋

I noticed that Lingo.dev already includes README translations for many languages (like Hindi, Bengali, etc.), but there is no Nepali version available yet.

I would like to contribute by adding a Nepali translation of the README file, following the same structure and formatting as the main README.md. Additionally, I will update the i18n.json file to include "ne": "नेपाली".

If this aligns with the project’s goals, please assign this issue to me. ✨

This issue is currently blocked because Nepali (ne) is not yet supported as a locale in the Lingo.dev platform. We are working on adding support for this language and will unblock this issue once it's available.
