重定向后，下载文件会发生503错误，用谷歌浏览器下载就正常 地址：https://gitee.com/skyd666/Imomoe/attach_files/616335/download 另外，用FileDownloader下载也是503错误

这个链接用okhttp下载也报错，猜测是206之后下载链接编码的问题
