rrdgraph's --imgformat EPS|PDF may be used to generate smaller and better PDFs

This is the same as I've already suggested on the mailing list and just for the records :-) .

It may be worth to investigate whether we can use rrdgraph's mode to output EPS or PDF. If it then generates real vector drawings and we could place that upon the background.pdf, PNP’s PDF lots may not only get smaller but also better in quality (as no longer non-scalable raster images are used).
