 In today's build ,the VS is hang 

I can repro in today's build 17.2.0 Preview 3.0 [32328.412.main]. when a project add reference from another project, then close VS

 This issue still reproduced on today's build. 

In today's build 17.2.0 Preview 2.0 [32228.339.main].In the same project, rename a method, but the method name of this method in other places where it is called has not changed...

This issue also can preproduce on today's environment 

On this environment, when changed the SearchPath, not see the squiggles in WholsRunningMe.py  

I verify this issue on the latest build. It still reproduced.  

This issue also reproduced on 17.1 preview1.  

On this environment  When click Python, make migrations >= 1.7 or Python, migrate >= 1.7 No response on the output window  And the Superuser can be created successfully...

On today's environment  Still failed to hit the breakpoint and an error dialog displayed at the end of the attach.
