There is only one feature I am missing: drag and scroll using the middle button (wheel button).

Implement an option to enable drag and scroll with the middle button, like in Smooze and Smart Scroll

+1 for this! I found Smooze Pro that does it, but since that's the only feature I would use, the price did not seem worth it.

Any pointers on how this would be implemented? I would like to give it a try, although I haven't done swift development before.
