line iOS can't support line uri which didn't encode first

But Line Android can use url without encoding

Maybe iOS version can do it like that

for example:

line://nv/location iOS ok, Android ok

line://msg/text/?加有開嗎好友，查詢店家營業時間不落空。line://oaMessage/@gxs2296l/?麥當勞中港四店有開嗎？ iOS can't redirect, Android ok

I put the encoding string to solve the issue. But not everybody know we can't put string without encoding for Line iOS
