Issue 'Base URL of Confluence API' "Error : ! Invalid credentials" RStudio

Hi all,

When it comes to the window [Base URL of Confluence API:] (both by RAddins or conflr::conflr_create_post_from_Rmd),

I face the very same issue. RStudio returns "Error : ! Invalid credentials"

I tried with this : https://confluence.[my company].fr

Also with : https://confluence.[ourname].fr/wiki

And all other combinations you can imagine...

Someone has already had the same issue + the solution ?

Hi, thanks for using conflr! It might be

• Your Confluence locates the API endpoint in unusual path (conflr assumes it's <URL>/rest/api/)
• Your organization doesn't allow you to use the API
• If your organization uses Atlassian Cloud, your password is an API key, which you might not be able to issue freely

but I'm not sure... Could you ask your Confluence administrator about their setup?
