Sub-Makefile Support

Hi, I think this tool is fun and awesome for visualizing projects. Are you interested in PRs for adding sub-makefile (recursive make invocation) support? It looks like make -Bnd provides all the output needed for this. From your experience, do you think there's something that makes this much harder, or was it just outside your use case?
