Plugins that implement mce_external_plugins for TinyMCE do not apply to Mesh sections

Plugins like the TinyMCE VisualBlocks plugin don't show their UI in Mesh editor in contrast to the normal WordPress editor (above).

It would be great if Mesh is able to support these kinds of plugin like the normal WordPress editor.

This will need to be tested in 2 ways. When the section is added using ajax and when the admin page is rendered
