Can we have reusable content?

During our user feedback session multiple attendees were wondering if there was a capability to copy or reference blocks on other pages.

This is something that I am actively scoping

When adding as section, create a placeholder and scroll the user to that section. The user will be presented with a few options.

1. New Blank Section
2. Copy Section (This allows you to still edit the section/content after copying)
3. Reference Section. This will lock the section in the admin (display no editors etc. But display the content being referenced)

Some things to note.

There needs to be some sort of ajax interface to be able to select the page and then the section you are referencing or copying. If you delete the original section the user should be notified if this could result in multiple pages being affected. They should also be prompted with what pages are affected and if they are ok with deleting those references. OR do they want to convert each reference to a copy. See option below.

Potential options:

1. Allow a reference section to be converted to a copy.
