Feature Request: Templated sections

It'd be great if the sections could come with some predefined template sections so I don't have to rely on my theme to build a section. For example if I want to do a section with a parallax background, headline and content, instead of making me build that out you just provide me with three fields, 1 to upload an image and 2 for the content.

I like this idea. We could add in some scss concatenation to only include css if the layouts has selected a given parallax style for example

I'd still like to see this implemented. Maybe 1.3. The ability to create reusable Mesh templates was added in 1.1 and 1.2 I'm planning to allow changes to templates to be pushed out to any posts that use said templates. I think adding reusable sections is a direct extension of that. @desrosj and I were talking about this feature a month or so ago
