Fallback when Mesh template not found

When having a Mesh template selected (from theme) and the Mesh template (file) becomes unavailable, Mesh should, similar to WordPress on plugins page, show a warning that the Mesh template file cannot be found. Also many PHP warnings/notices appear when the template isn't there, some extra checks should also alleviate this.

I think this is a good idea. So in the scenario described. You made a template, selected the template then deleted the template?

Yes, I selected a Mesh template from theme, then renamed its template file (which is basically the same for the plugin as deleting it).
