Ability to choose the size of headers on Sections and Columns

My initial thought was that this could be like a dropdown for h1, h2, etc. that appears when you click the edit button on each title and hides when you're done. Open to other ideas!

The current work around I've had to do is to make an additional section that contains only the header(s) with desired styles.

Question related to that. Shouldn't the sizing be determined by the theme?
