Better feedback when updating a section

Add better feedback to the user that the section has been updated. Right now it doesn't appear as though the section "took" the update.

@fischfood it looks like the status update is not checking for success or fail only a response. You will get back different codes. 1 (for save) 0 for unable to save. Right now even if there is an issue you will always show a successful save.
