Name Color based on User Group

I'd rather have this be an option so that I users can easily identify staff members. Somewhere in CSS i'd like to be able to make Administrator names Red, and mods Green. Regular users can stay the same. It's more for organizational purposes aside from the tags system.

I'd also like some sort of green border around the users avatar or something to indicate what users are online.

Do you want to add something like this? I also intend to add a identification to distinguish between administrators and the other users.
