Call to computePolyDetExtension fails to compile.

Call to computePolyDetExtension() from linbox/algorithms/coppersmith-invariant-factors.h from examples/find-invariant-factors.h

It only appears to be used to verify the results of computeFactors(), so I moved the line into the OUTPUT_CHECKPOINTS block to be able to compile.
