Error: Fail to read file! TypeError: tagstr.at is not a function

Hi, It's my first time to use Aosr, but failed to read the card file. The error msg is TypeError: tagstr.at is not a function.

Device：Hisense A9 obsidian mobile：1.4.6 aosr：1.1.3
