[UI translate and Improving] Fowarding to external email popup is not translated and its UI as France need to improve

ENV:

• Device: Laptop / Mobile web
• Browser: Chrome / Firefox / Safari
• ENV: tmail.linagora.com 0.11.3-patch4-7

Step: 1, User select France/Russian in Manage Setting > Languages 2, User click on Manage Setting > Fowarding 3, User input external domains and click add button

Actual: 1- In France, the description of popup is too close with border -- need improve it to be center

2- In Russian, the description of popup and warning banner is not translated

3- The popup UI on mobile web view:

Buttons have weird border

Tooltips unclickable on mobile web view only

Noted:

• A bit laggy when popup is displaying on Mobile Web view
• A weird loading background when user try to remove one email which already in fowarding list

Expected:
1- Should improve UI 2- Translated in each languages 3- The popup UI on mobile web view need to improve
