linx on yiimp

@linX-project hi dev,

Linx coin blocks being rejected on my Yiimp pool. I read somewhere that dev fees has to be paid. But I'm not sure how to put that into yiimp. Could you please give me piece of code and file name where to place it. I'll appreciate. Here's yiimp source code https://github.com/tpruvot/yiimp
